At Home on the Range...the cooking show for the deranged DVD & Cookbook package is no longer available. It sold out in 2010 and there are no plans to re-issue it.
From 1992 to 1998 228 episodes of the comedy cooking show were produced staring John Crean and Barbara Venezia.
In 2011, 8 shows were digitized by Costa Mesa TV and offered to Newport TV but in the end, neither city would air the shows.
John Crean and Barbara Venezia cooked up fun in the garage. Audiences in Southern Ca. and through out the UK and Australia loved the show. John Crean passed away on January 11th 2007. He was 83 years old.
Of the 228 episodes, only three were selected for the Best of DVD. Included on the DVD, funny out-takes and the 10th anniversary BBQ party footage.
The cookbook was based on John's reciepes including home made Dog Food!
The At Home on the Range Cookbook includes most of John's recipes, fan jokes and wonderful pictures behind the scenes of the show.
