 Feb 12th 2008 the Friends of Dorothy had a "Friend Raiser' at the Pelican Hills home of Leonardo Flores. Our goal was to have a fun cocktail party to gather new members, say thank you to the ones who supported us as we emerged in 2007, and raise money for a good cause.  (L-R)Leonardo and ASF Dir. Alan Witchey share smiles at this succesful event  The event raised $21,000.00 for ASF in 2 hours!  (L-R) Dorothy Members Michelle Burton and Dee W Eye greeted folks as they arrived.  Lorna Berle, the Honorary Chairman of the Bloomingdales Haute Men's Fashion Show May 7th, enjoyed a moment with Alan.  (L-R) Friends of Dorothy Guild members Richard Moriarty, Loren Blackwood, Frank Mickadeit and BV enjoyed the fun and food!  (L-R)Members Joan Stevens and Lea Peterson were all smiles to support ASF.  (L-R) BV along with ASF Board Pres. Dr. Jorge Rodriquez and Hon. Harriett Wieder were on hand support the event. |
