October 27th 2008 Haunted Halloween Costume Party at the Village Crean in Newport Beach was a smashing success raising $45,635.00  The sun was setting as folks arrived.  Where else could Little Red Riding Hood hob nob with Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe & the Queen of Hearts?  The dining room of the Village Crean was home to our silent auction. PR man Tim Dunn and Gorgeous Ric Uggen check it out.  The court yard was set for a fabulous dinner for the 150 who attended.  (l-r) Loren Blackwood from Newport Wineries & one of our cherished underwriters, Dorothy Vice Chair Steve Bond, and underwriter Amy Stoody were having a great time.  Lynn Hackman & Mayor of Newport Beach Ed Selich found an interesting character to hang out with!  Jeannie Moriarty was devilishly generous donating $5000.00 to ASF!  Mark Eskander was the King of the night donating a whopping $20,000.00 to the cause.  Dorothy Members Tom & Susan Neas from Thomas Printers were all smiles and having fun.  Dorothy Members Dr. Stoney & his wife Jacquline were all smiles as they recieved their Red Shoe award for their generosity this past year.  How funny that Robin & David Wong of Irvine Ranch Mkt. came to the party as those two crazies who use to be on that show "At Home on the Range"!  Our favorite Drag Queen Dee W IEye brought her bevy of Dr.'s to the party.  How could you not get carried away by these fabulous men of the ASF Board! (L-R) Patrick Stanton, Mark Gonzales, Ed Olin, Jorge Rodriguez.  Roberta Zullo, Danny Kennedy & Renee West were having a ball.  Jason Otto, from Otto Models, smooches with his wife Tereza on the way out of the party. A good time was had by all.....
